attacks have been escalating and Nigerian Citizens are living in
'total fear'. Violence linked to the Boko Haram attacks has resulted in over 12,000 deaths between 2002 and 2014
and the threat of Nigeria's Boko Haram militant group now looms over Cameroon
and other neighboring countries. Because of this, the Cameroonian government has dispatched
thousands of troops and heavy armor to the boarder between their
country and Nigeria.
According to Nigerian Tribune,
"Cameroon receives 8,000 refugees fleeing Boko Haram in Nigeria" .
